Senior Business Analyst

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze business processes, systems, and requirements to identify potential enhancements and deliver effective solutions.
- Create detailed documents like business requirements, use cases, process flows, and project status reports.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and insights to inform decision-making.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment among various teams.
- Organize and distill complex requirements into understandable categories.
- Liaise with software engineering teams to comprehend technical constraints and possibilities.
- Conduct insightful software comparisons, extracting valuable insights.
- Lead risk analysis activities for business-critical software, identifying potential issues and proposing mitigation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in related areas such as software requirements, business analysis, or a similar field.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Broad business knowledge and strategic planning capability.
- Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, thoroughness, and self-motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
