- Have experience in handling B2B and B2G projects.
- Have work experience in the IT industry
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Have good English skills in oral and written.
- Able to work independently and team.
- Able to work under pressure and results oriented.
- Identify and acquire new clients and partners through research.
- Transforming client business challenges into corporate business opportunities.
- Make the right offer or cooperation proposal to develop the company's business.
- Make analysis and calculation of the right project value.
- Prepare bid presentation materials, cooperation, or business development.
- Negotiating projects or business cooperation.
- Fulfill the company's business targets.
- Building good and sustainable business relationships with clients and company partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research and analysis on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular research and analysis of the company's business development.
- Control the work of teams within the Department.
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
