We represent our client, one of the design and architect construction companies that focus on structural construction and fit-out interiors. They assist more than 100+ projects with multiple types of buildings and projects across Indonesia.
Currently, we're looking for an experienced professional in cost control within the Design & Architect industry and seeking a talented Senior Cost Control Specialist to join their team. If you have a strong background in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis, we would love to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to ensure effective management of project budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to establish accurate cost estimates for design and construction projects.
- Monitor project expenses, track actual costs against budgeted amounts, and identify areas of cost overruns or potential savings.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to provide insights on project financial performance and cost trends.
- Review and analyze contractor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate favorable pricing and terms with vendors and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in managing cost-related issues and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost control within the Design & Architect industry.
- Mentor and train junior cost control staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control within the Design & architecture industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in cost control software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
