**Your Focus**
This role is responsible for day-to-day running and responding to order-related customer inquiries, and facilitating decision making between customer and IFF. This position is part of Supply Chain department and will report into Customer Service & Export Manager ID&SG.
**How You Will Contribute**
- Responsible for order entry and rescheduling into SAP and pro-actively monitoring the order fulfillment process
- Responding to order-related customer inquiries and facilitating decision making for customer and IFF
- Consistently working on maintaining good understanding, communication, and relationship within the internal stakeholders
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts and commercial teams through effective communication
- Ensuring success and customer satisfaction by close monitoring of the KPI's and score card
- Facilitating regular service reviews with the customer accounts
- Handling customer complaints and credit notes in timely and professional manner
**Job Requirements**:
**What will you need to be successful**
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar / relevant industries
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skill in Excel; familiar with SAP will be advantageous
- Have the knowledge in Export (familiar with shipping process and documents, billing, invoicing) will be advantageous
- Dynamic and proactive; demonstrate excellent communication skills especially in handling complaints
