**JOB Title**:SENIOR ENGINEER —INTERFACE**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate the interaction between all phases of the project with respect to deliverables. Support the team to ensure execution as per defined parameters.
- Familiarize yourself with the contract, our contractual obligations, company-specific requirements, and the SOW.
- Review the contract in terms of scope of work, obligations to the client, schedules, possible areas of concern, and action plans.
- Ensure project fitness-for-purpose, legislative compliance, and adherence to the project budget and schedule.
- Present the system to the project team and give clear guidance on its operation, intent and importance.
- Establish and produce a project-specific "Interface Matrix" and "Interface Management procedure," if applicable.
- Prepare and co-ordinate interface status reports (including progress status and identification of concerns and highlighted areas)
- Manage meetings, as necessary, between different contractors and stakeholders to reduce technical and economic risks, co-ordinating the best resolution of interface discrepancy, if any
- Identify various possible changes related to the Contract condition and inform management accordingly.
- Resolve various issues on overall project schedule among various contractors and sub-contractors working on the same project with the support of Client.
- Interface with site to resolve site queries and coordinate with Project Engineering in respect to material not received, non-conformance reports, drawings, etc.
- Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as required by the reporting Manager
**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:
- Engineering graduate with 10-15 years' experience in handling EPC projects, with scope understanding from Contract point of view
