**Roles & Responsibilities**
A Senior Designer is responsible for overseeing design projects, creating original illustrations and infographics, reviewing junior designers' work, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. They have expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and marketing execution.
**What Will You Do at Snap Innovations?**
- Create new and original designs, including content, illustrations, and infographics, from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results.
- Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations.
- Ensure that the company's brand identity is consistent and visually appealing across all marketing materials and communications.
- Liaise with other design and marketing team members to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.
- Create eye-catching visuals for social networking networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, but not only those.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and tools.
- Increase user friendliness in digital products.
- 5+ years professional experiences with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
- Proven experiences with graphic design with a strong portfolio of work.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, including ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts.
- Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media, design principles, typography, colour theory, illustration, and layout composition.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems innovatively, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in design social media / video editing / motion graphics / photography.
- Excellent time management skills, communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus.
- Experience 3D is a plus.
