Senior Hrga Manager

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work culture.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and utilize data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage performance evaluation systems and provide guidance on professional development.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Oversee the General Affairs department, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor relations.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR and GA needs and support business objectives.

**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month
