Senior Lead Engineer

**Areas of Responsibility**:
Define & coordinate engineering activity with team, partner and customer that meet contract requirement. He must work independently with strong knowledge of engineering principles, theories, specifications and standards

**Requirements**:
Senior Lead Engineer with experienced Electrical Engineer with extensive knowledge of
- engineering principles, theories, specifications, and standards.
- Ability to coordinate team, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with end user, project
- team, and vendors to ensure the timely and budget friendly completion of a project.
- Ability to work in tight schedule, important project, and demanding
- customers.
- Electrical engineering degree with 10 years professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Electrification & Automation
- Familiar with Siemens equipment especially VSD, Motors, and Switchgears
- Experience with system engineering of multy-technology portfolio
- Able to have strong coordination between customer, factory, 3rd party vendors, and other project stakeholders
- Good communication & leadership skill
- Minimum 8 year experience in this fields
- Additional training would be good for engineering activity as well as project management
