**Purpose of Position**
The Senior Learning Designer role is responsible for the development of learning content (online and offline) alongside lead learning designers in the Jiva Academy team. This content could cover a variety of topics, including instructions on how to use specific features, through to how particular processes at Jiva work. Training follows the entire lifecycle of our users starting with onboarding training.-
The main users that this role creates are internal employees, who are work with Jiva to deliver our services to farmers. Jiva has recently started development of internal training curriculums for various teams across Jiva; starting with the field and operations team. The Senior Learning Designer will be responsible for create the content for these internal users.The Senior Learning Designer will collaborate with trainers, training support, and training executives to determine the gaps in the current training curriculum and course content. Post this, they will help re-develop the curriculum where required, and create assessments to better identify learning and retention gaps.**Key Accountabilities**Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content across online (eLearning) and offline training journeys
-Conduct research and analysis on learners and content to identify potential gaps in the learning journey
-Create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process and drive retention of information
-Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
-Maintain project documentation and course folders
-Experienced in Instructional/Learning Design
-Experienced in producing training content (video, audio, gamification, etc
-Experienced in developing training materials for large contract workforces, and/or in-field operations (or sales) teams
-Has used LMS (Learning Management System) in previous roles
-Eager to work in a rapidly changing, dynamic start-up environment;
-Is a purpose-driven individual with a deep alignment to our mission to help smallholder farmers
-A self-starter who is able to work independently or with little supervision to achieve objectives
-Able to speak and write English and Indonesian fluently.
**Competencies**Bachelor's degree in Education technology, Communication, or related field.
-minimum 3 years experience as an e-learning specialist / Instructions designer / Modul Developer / Learning Designer for a startup, technology company, or educational institution.
-Experienced in using LMS (Learning Management System)
-Proficient in video editing, storyboarding videos, and script writing
-Experienced in creating and owning content calendars, and ensuring timely delivery against deadlines
-Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa

-Utilise other software / system that boost engagement rate
-Development of Jiva's thought leadership, and participation in industry events and round tables
