We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to manage a team to working on brand initiatives for game products published in Indonesia.
- Build brand awareness and increase brand value through various Marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring the understanding of brand positioning and user insights
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute Marketing activities
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Devise innovative growth strategies

**Yêu c?u**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing and Branding
- Hands-on experience in developing brand & marketing strategies and managing budget
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Practical experience in managing and leading teams
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
