**Senior Marketing Specialist (Indonesia)**
**9 month fixed term contract**
The Marketing Specialist develops and oversees the preparation and execution of creative and comprehensive marketing activities. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets.
Supports the marketing activities our client, including but not limited to market research, developing proposals for marketing campaigns and events planning.
**Role**:
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimisation, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute events and campaigns
- Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Maintain and update tools, files and databases
- Maintain good communication within internal and external teams
**You**:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of xperience/exposure in Marketing or Meetings and Events industry will be highly advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills
- Possess great customer mindset and a proactive disposition
- Comfortable with speaking up and in front of senior team members
- Able to conduct research and draw information from a variety of sources and channels
- Able to analyse research findings and develop concept plans and strategies
- Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft office
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
