Job qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Proficient in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials
- Understanding of mechanical systems, and electricals systems
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and techniques, such as casting, forging, welding, and machining
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job description:
- Production process management involves overseeing and optimizing the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Quality assurance and quality control developing and implementing procedures and standards to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. This includes conducting inspections, testing, and audits to identify and correct quality issues.
- Inspection involves performing visual and mechanical inspections of products, components, and equipment to identify defects or potential issues.
- Designing and developing mechanical systems, components, and equipment using CAD and other design software.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and user manuals.
- Analyze data and information to identify problems, develop solutions, and make informed decisions. This includes knowledge of statistical analysis, design of experiments, and other analytical techniques.
- Participating in project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions.
