Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement, utilizing both static visuals and compelling motion graphics. Translate marketing goals into impactful visuals, working closely with the marketing team. Stay at the forefront of industry trends in design, technology, and construction to ensure AMODA remains visually cutting-edge. Manage and collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers and videographers, to ensure high-quality creative assets Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a startup or agency environment. ??Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences. A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, visual storytelling expertise, and a deep understanding of branding and design principles. Mastery in both graphic design and motion graphics with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects) Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
