**The Role**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned international brand, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (on-platform and off-platform), including but not limited to search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze and interpret data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance campaign performance and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Work with the regional performance marketing team to ensure alignment and provide updates on campaign performance and strategies.
**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency setting or handling international brands.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiar with managing ads on major e-commerce platforms in Indonesia.
