**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related fields.
- **Can work from client's office (Office location is in South Jakarta)**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital industries (FinTech, E-Commerce, WebApps, and Mobile Apps), with 5-7 years in a senior product management role.
- Extensive experience in building and leading highly scalable distributed systems, on-premise or on cloud platforms, especially Google.
- Deep understanding of and ability to coach teams on DevSecOps practices. Experience implementing or coaching secure coding, SAST, DAST, OWASP, SANS.
- Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing multiple product teams spanning across product management, design, planning, engineering, and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams on a broad range of skills from soft skills such as communication and collaboration to hard skills like business, product, finance, and software engineering.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and strategies.
- Exhibits strong business acumen, with an ability to make calculated decisions based on data and analytics.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and establish strong relationships with non-product and non-technology stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the standardization of product formation and programming language usage across all products and features.
- Collaborate with business partners, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify technical and functional system requirements, set work priorities, and ensure end-to-end integrated designs and deliverables.
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in product development, leveraging agile frameworks such as Scrum, Extreme Programming, Design Sprint, and Design Thinking.
- Oversee all aspects of the SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) for new and existing products/features, ensuring high availability and scalability of systems.
- Implement and champion DevOps methods/practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, upholding high standards of security and performance.
- Provide active coaching, guidance, and support to team members to develop their skills and capabilities, enhancing their professional growth.
- Promote a security-first approach within the team, training and coaching them on secure coding practices and tools like SAST, DAST, OWASP, SANS.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and team members, ensuring transparency and alignment, leveraging excellent English communication skills.
- Utilize strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making to shape and direct the strategic objectives of the product and technology teams.
- Engage in high-level discussions and negotiations with non-product and non-technology stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment of goals and strategies.
