**Responsibilities**:
- Arrange recruitment activities such as campus hiring, job fair, admission test, and interview
- Provide an excellent onboarding experience and internship program
- Carry out onboarding of new members and ensure their integration with the team goes smoothly
- Manage and complete volume hiring within a short period of time
- Can work in fast pace environment and tight deadline
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interview
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Coordinate with managers to identify Manpower Planning needs
- Develop and improve the current recruitment process
- Prepare employment agreement for the signing process
- Actively participating in employer branding and other Human
- Resource initiatives together with the rest of the Human Resource team
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a dynamic environment
- Experience in handling high-volume recruitment
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with utilizing applicant tracking systems or any other job portals and Microsoft Office
- Awareness of Human Resource policies and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage effectively multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive, and fast learner in fact pace environment
- Analytical skills and data analysis experience
- Excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving
- MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) competency
- Indonesian, willing to work in Surabaya

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
