SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER COVERAGE (JOB NUMBER: BNP023739)
- Grow Local Corporate clients' portfolio of the bank in line with the Bank's appetite
- Be the primary person responsible for the overall clients' relationship and to ensure highest degree of satisfaction by clients
- Be the key person leading the discussion with relevant product partners with regards to potential cross sell, client profitability, opportunities and challenges as well as industry trends for his/her respective clients operating in Indonesia
- Be the primary person responsible for onboarding, full cycle of credit process, renewals and regulatory audit of his/her respective Local Corp clients as well as requirement to present/showcase the clients' opportunities to relevant credit committees.
- Be the primary liaison to his/her clients for all relevant product partners be it flow or episodic as well as to senior management
Contributing Responsibilities
1. In depth knowledge of local and overseas regulatory requirements
2. Familiarity with ESG standards and frameworks that is applicable to clients of the bank
**- Min. 7 years experience managing corporate banking relationships particularly Large Corporate segment
- Experience working with Global Market, Transaction Banking, Debt Capital Market, Equity Capital Market, Loan Syndication, Project Financing, Green Financing
- Extensive knowledge and proven sales success with Bank's products and services
- Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork skills
- Target and goal oriented person with ability to manage under tight timeline
- Financial literacy and strong credit skills
