Senior Sales Executive

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience in key account management in lighting products industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience with international teams
- At least a Diploma in any discipline
- Team player and results-oriented individual to drive assigned sales targets with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in product sales, trade channels, distribution management and project and tender management
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills and results-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to travel extensively (50-70%) within Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

- To grow Indonesian market and deliver assigned sales targets of 3 million USD
- Develop and source for news customer and channel base and drive marketing activities or programs
- Provide timely strategies advisory/technical support/training to customers
- Work closely with customers to enhance and build strong, long-lasting distributors' relationships to drive targeted revenue
- Ability to support and handle all facets of customers' relationships
- Plan joint activities with channel partners in support of business requirements
- Collaborate with other business units for project pursuits related to targeted segments
- Performs analysis on competitive landscape and provide recommendations on improving product sales and be resourceful in providing the most appropriate solutions.

Pay: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
