**Details Responsibilities Request**:

- Handle developers (owners) and contractors in landed housing project throughout Indonesia
- Ensure annual sales target can be achieved
- Create an effective marketing strategy (including promotion) for landed housing division
- Generate a new landed housing project

Graduated : D3 / S1 (Bachelor Degree)
Major All Majors
Age : Max. 40 y.o

**Qualifications**:
1. Experience to handle project stakeholders such as developers (owners) and contractors
2. Experience in communicating with project decision maker
3. Experience to sell building material products in landed house project

**Skills**:
1. Ability to sell building material products in landed house project
2. Ability to negotiate with the project stakeholder in terms of price and technical issues
3. Ability to achieve annual sales target
4. Knowledge of material in the plumbing industry such as PVC, PPR, HDPE, and PE/X

**Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contract

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp11,000,000 per month
