The **Senior Sales Specialist** for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving sales by creating demand in the assigned territories and guiding and enabling the CPs to achieve revenue goals. Coordinating with different functions at the CP level and within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Sales team, located in Jakarta, Indonesia and will be hybrid. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Drive growth and increase sales activities for the assigned territories, especially on demand creation by working closely with CP sales teams and directly with customers, which includes joint daily field visits with the CP teams, providing coaching to the teams while understanding customer's expectations and satisfaction.
- Weekly funnel reviews and driving the actions to improve the win rate.
- Building a strong rapport with the assigned KOLs.
- Ensuring strong after-sales support to existing customers in the assigned territory by guiding or coordinating with the Service and Application teams of the respective CP teams.
- Progressively update and acquire product knowledge on existing and new products of Diagnostics, as well as provide technical comparison studies between Diagnostic products against competition.
- Conduct seminars/presentations to prospective customers or users.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Biomedical Science or other Science disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years of field experience in Medical-related sales and IVD experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to exercise judgment within broad practices and policies to achieve sales targets.
- Having a growth mindset and good interpersonal skills to build rapport between different external/internal stakeholders
