We claimed ourselves as the pioneer ed-tech platform focusing on developing digital skills through a defined learning path and diverse learning style to provide confidence in career growth for young talent.Currently, our technology team will expand and getting bigger to create an impact for our technology education in Indonesia and currently we're looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist !Here are the details of responsibilites for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:Supporting talent acquisition teams in making objective hiring decisions.Handle end to end hiring processUnderstanding related role in order to place right person in the right positionCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffng needs in different areas and departmentsPlan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviewsAt least 4 years of working experience in hiring is required for this position.Experienced recruitment in Talent-Hunter it must (Preferably 360 Head Hunter)Knowledge of human resources databases, hiring strategies, and applicable labor law.Competency in using google workspace namely google sheet, google docs, google calendar, google meet, and voice call software.Has a strong sense of integrity to manage confidential informationStrong with the initiative and proactive work ethicExcellent screening and decision-making skills toward successful hiring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
