**What You Will Do At Quant Matter?**
- Able to run your own desk and manage your own profit and loss.
- Able to come up with new trading ideas, new algorithms and trading strategies.
- Able to improve current strategies.
- Able to develop new functionalities for existing trading platforms.
- Research financial markets, develop quantitative trading models and analyse results.
- Any major is welcome, but a diploma, BS/MS/PhD in computer science, mathematics, or quantitative financial modelling is a plus.
- Passion about algorithmic trading and HFT trading.
- A self-motivated and can-do attitude.
- Proven track of trading record.
- Coding skills will be a plus (C++ and Python).
- Have a broad understanding of macro-economic drives in the business environment.
- Preferable more than 5 years of experience in the financial industry.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
