Service Advisor Automotive

**Responsibilities**:- Assist technical complaints (Level 2), inquiries & provide solutions to users (Automotive Related)- Be the frontliner for Otoklix in representing the customer voice and ensure feedback loop back into Internal Stakeholders.- Create and socialize Technical Guidelines for internal teams on general automotive knowledge.**Qualifications**:- Minimum Diploma all Major with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (Mechanical engineering is preferred / Mechanical engineering education)- Preferably max 30 years old- English (Passive)- Have persuasive skill- Good in Management & Quantitative analysis- Experienced work min 3 year in Official Workshop with Work Experience Certificate- Have Good Skill in Ms. Office- Advanced knowledge and skill set in Material and Technical Passenger Car ServiceJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakKemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:- Semarang: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
