This opportunity is in the Service Delivery Centre as a Service Delivery Agent. In this role you will be tasked with ensuring proper monitoring control and reporting of HAUD's customers' traffic. The main purpose of the 24/7 Service Delivery Team is to ensure effectiveness in the solutions and services provided by HAUD and deliver on promised targets and SLAs.
You will benefit from company provided training usually held in its offices in Europe and/or Asia. Such training could be system specific as well as personal development training on technologies as required by the company. You can really boost your skills, gain business experience, improve your comunication skills, all while building your career with HAUD.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Perform regular scheduled testing using handphone and computer
- Collect data for analysis and reports
- Create reports using Word and Excel
- Liaise internally with the commercial and technical departments regarding client and system data
- Monitoring and analysis of messaging traffic and rule implementation
- Proactively provide feedback and findings from analyzing data
- To perform shift work duties on a 24x7 basis from Monday to Sunday including public holidays
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (this is an English speaking position)
- Previous experience in business operations/customer service or support role will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of the telecommunication industry will also be considered an asset
- Able to perform shift work duties 24x7 Monday to Sunday and public holidays and field work whenever necessary
- Key characteristics: multitasking, resourcefulness, self-motivated, ability to learn new things
