**Your tasks**:
- To be responsible for the servicing and support of equipment manufactured by Rohde & Schwarz returned to PT. Rohde & Schwarz Indonesia (PT RSI) for attention.
- Ensure that servicing facilities are provided for equipment returned to the Service for repair.
- Ensure that all the Service facilities are kept in a serviceable condition and that the general cleanliness of all these facilities are maintained at a high standard.
- Ensure that servicing tasks are carried out in accordance with the Customers requirements. Tasks may include that equipment is returned to the original manufacturers' specifications and that the latest specifications or hardware/firmware/software modifications are incorporated where appropriate.
- Ensure that the equipment returned, is maintained to the original manufacturers' specifications and that the latest specifications or hardware/firmware/software modification are incorporated where appropriate.
- Ensure manufacturers Service Manager and Inspection or Test Instructions are updated as necessary in line with QA Manual requirements.
- Provide Technical Support for Customer servicing enquiries.
- Provide weekly progress reports on servicing tasks and ensure that any problems or delays are conveyed immediately to the Customer
- Provide servicing facilities on equipment returned to the PT. RSI for repair.
- Accurately record spare orders, weekly time sheets, and any other documentation required by the Service Manager.
- Provide accurate information on equipment servicing cards for inclusion to the equipment history file.
- Attend Technical Training Courses at R&S/SCA and provide on the job training as requested.
- Ensure the operational facilities of PT. RSI equipment is satisfactory.
- Carry out such other duties as requested by the Service Manager.

**Your qualifications**:
- Completed studies in Electro Telecommunication engineering or comparable qualification.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as high quality awareness.
- Active, independent, and goal-oriented way of thinking and working.
- High level of communication skills, resilience, and flexibility.
- Experience with repair and maintenance of telecommunication equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong customer service and communication skill; ability to explain technical issue to non-technical clients and customers.
- Ability to work independently or as part of team, and to manage time effectively.
