Job Description
Work for Solar PV as Technical Team to support Smart PV team, managing implementation schedule, and project delivery quality
Handle communication service interaction between customer and internal team, repair and reporting related to service issue.
Maintains strong relationship with customer and third-party vendors and ensure customers satisfaction.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all industry standard and practice as well as the company's product and services
Understand the SOW of contract and customer requirement, output or be involved to output Solar PV project delivery plan and technical solution, control and managing project implementation. Be responsible for Solar PV project from pre-sales solution design, implementation, and acceptance of company's product such as Inverter, Battery Storage System and other product related to solar PV system.
Directing and delegating service task (but not limited) to partner or EPC, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objective and sales goals are met.
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customers relationship and ensure repeat customers
Resolving service desk problems and improve service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service
Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues
Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards. Efficiency, and productivity goal are met
Requirement
Bachelor Degree or above in any technical major (preferably Power/Electrical/Control engineering) with more than 3 years of Solar PV project delivery, know project procedures and quality management method, etc
Familiar with industry standards including IEC, PUIL, SNI, EN, IEEE, UL, familiar with PV System, Helioscope, Homer and others.
Have strong communication in external and internal, and good at finding and solving problems. Able to working under pressure related to project deadline.
Willing to travel based on project implementation location.
With good English verbal and written ability
