**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer science, or a related field is often required. Some positions may require a Ph.D. for advanced research roles.
- In-depth knowledge of 3G, 4G LTE, 5G, MPLS,SDN,and NFV is essential.

- Experience with core network elements like routers, switches, gateways, and related hardware and software.
- Familiarity with network simulation tools and software used in telecommunications research and development.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- The ability to analyze complex technical problems, troubleshoot network issues, and propose effective solutions is crucial.
- Familiarity with industry standards and protocols from organizations like the ITU-T, IEEE, 3GPP, and IETF is important.
- The ability to create technical documentation and reports is often required.
- Lead teams or collaborate with cross-functional groups.
- Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and compliance standards.
