Social Brand Manager (Tiktok Channel Management)

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for our TikTok channel to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and user behavior to inform content creation and campaign strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and social media, to align TikTok content with overall brand messaging and goals.

Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement on TikTok.

Conceptualize and produce engaging and viral TikTok content that effectively communicates our brand's values, products, and promotions.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on TikTok, such as views, likes, shares, and follower growth, to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.

Stay informed about TikTok advertising opportunities and work with the advertising team to optimize ad campaigns on the platform.

Manage the day-to-day operations of our TikTok channel, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management.

Stay updated on legal and ethical considerations regarding TikTok marketing and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.

Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on TikTok channel performance, growth, and audience trends.
Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a specific focus on successfully managing TikTok channels.

In-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform, trends, algorithm updates, and user behavior.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, particularly within the social media landscape.

Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills to develop engaging and shareable TikTok content.

Experience in collaborating with influencers and content creators to amplify brand presence on TikTok.

Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to derive insights and optimize TikTok campaigns.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
