With our extensive experience in performance-based digital marketing, we specialize in utilizing digital traffic channels to attract top-notch customers and achieve a wide range of goals. Our expertise covers various fields such as lead generation, referrals, affiliates, inbounds, transfers, and clicks. We excel in both paid and organic performance marketing, showcasing our proficiency in social media, video, programmatic advertising, dynamic campaigns, display advertising, and content generation. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Works closely with community manager or social media manager to create engaging content in social media.
- Execute and implement a digital strategy for managing an online community through social media.
- Initiate and/or respond to comments on content posts and in direct messages in a meaningful way to build trust and authority for the personal profile or company page.
- Oversee and facilitate conversation in social media groups.
- Track measurable indicators of success based on strategy and KPI goals.
- Analyze user behavior through available data to generate meaningful observational insights.
- Continuously develop one self's knowledge of the latest trends in social media communities.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Fluency in written English
- Proficiency in the use of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
- High attention to detailed tasks and organized
- Strong graphic design, copywriting, and video editing skills
- Excellent task management and time management skills
- Comprehensive PC skills with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Experience in Facebook Ads is a plus
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- Salary range: $250 - $300 USD monthly based on experience
- # days annual leave days, # days paid sick leave, and public bank holidays
