Social Media & Content Executive

Responsibilities:

- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms
- Developing MASSHIRO&Co. Social Media strategies, which are consistent with the brand identity to widen awareness
- Contributing ideas, planning communication strategies, and following up activities on social media
- Proactively spot trends & research on social media
- Using social media analytical tools and creating social media reports
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns
- Maintaining a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all content is free of grammatical errors and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Become an administrator for whole Social Media platform
- Manage social media calendar

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Social Media and Content
- Proven experience as a social media, content writing or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Up to date and creative with the latest trends, digital knowledge and best practices in content writing
- Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and accountable
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze content performance
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with external client and internal creative team
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, both on Instagram and/or TikTok
- Portofolio of the content (Post or Stories)
- Knowledgeable with Content and TikTok, with its trend and algorithm
- Passionate about Fashion topics

**Salary**: Rp100 - Rp1,000 per month

- S1 (preferred)
