Knows social media trend and what's going on and adapt to strategize the content of riding the wave
Able to create creative & unique themes for social media channels
Ability to deliver creative content, being hands-on in content management and creation
Able to write creative briefs and work well with creative team (copywriters & graphic designer) to ensure content is informative and appealing
Strong brand ownership and passionate in social media
Creative and open minded personality is a must
Good taste in terms of content planning & execution for product & brand related
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Indonesia (especially for creative copywriting)
Proficient in content creation, editing, and scheduling tools for social media
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple social media channels
Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing social media content
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong can-do attitude.
Experience in managing a small social media team but also could manage stakeholders from various divisions & collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Product Development teams
Experience in launching new products to get good tractions of engagements
