As Pasxcel's Paid Advertising Specialist, you generate leads through Facebook Ads. The ability to generate leads through others channels, including Google, and Youtube is an added advantage.The role:- Craft persuasive copywriting for ads.- Ideate creatives that will be needed for paid ads on FB, IG, and Youtube. (Creation will be done by in-house designers and video editors)- To manage budget ads spent and prepare performance reports.- Perform continuous qualitative and quantitative analysis of data, trends, and competitors to identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.- Conduct audience segmentation, a/b testing, and conversion rate optimization for all running campaigns.- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc., is an added advantage.- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) while identifying new KPIs to grow revenue from acquisition channels.**Requirements**:- Required skill(s): Facebook Ads / Business Manager,- Required language(s): English & Malay.- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Analytics would be an added advantage.- Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital ads campaign management.- Being Google Certified across Search and Display with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate is added advantage.- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis- Have great attention to detail & strong organizational and planning skills**Salary**: RM3500 - RM4500Benefits: Professional Development/Performance Bonus/ Work Remotely**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, RemoteSchedule: Monday to Friday /9.30 am - 6.30 pm**Salary**: Rp4,700,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Social Media: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
