Are you a creative individual with extensive experience in Social Media? A classic sneakers brand, manufactured here in Indonesia, is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their team immediately.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
- Proficiency in managing social media content (videos and photos), including posts, stories, reels, and live broadcasts.
- Previous experience in E-commerce and UGC Creator is a plus.
- Experience in handling the backend of Meta platforms (IG and Facebook), including adding accounts and managing ad budgets.
- Proven track record in ad management with measurable results.
- Basic graphic design skills for social media using tools like Photoshop, Canva, and basic video/reel editing.
- Strong experience in managing social media partnerships and collaborations.
- Responsiveness in engaging with followers, direct messages (DMs), comments, and other interactions.
- Ability to provide direction and strategy for photoshoots and video content production.
- Having experience in collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the relevant industry will be considered
**Responsibilities**:
**Top Priority**
- Create basic graphic designs using tools like Photoshop and Canva, as well as perform basic video and reel editing for visually appealing content.
- Build and manage partnerships and collaborations with influencers, businesses, and brands to expand reach and engagement.
- Able to manage talents or influencers for collaboration on social media, including coordination, communication, and addressing their needs.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to direct messages (DMs), interact with comments, and cultivate a sense of community.
- Provide creative direction and strategic input for photoshoots and video content production, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
**Second Priority**
- Manage and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and live broadcasts, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and optimise the e-commerce platform.
- Administer Instagram and Facebook accounts, implementing distinct strategies for different markets, including adding accounts and managing ad budgets.
- Develop and execute effective ad campaigns across social media platforms, demonstrating a track record of delivering measurable results.
