JOB DESCRIPTION

Mengelola dokumen perusahaan, seperti laporan keuangan, catatan harian, atau notulensi rapat
Mengatur jadwal meeting, akomodasi kantor, dan perizinan penggunaan ruang meeting
Mengatur kalender individu, tim, dan perusahaan
Menyiapkan dan menyunting dokumen, laporan, serta presentasi
Mengatur tiket dan akomodasi untuk kunjungan kerja
Mengelola stok perlengkapan kantor dan melakukan pemesanan
Memelihara dan memperbarui database perusahaan
Melakukan pembukuan dasar
Menulis notula dan mendistribusikannya
Mengkoordinasikan ruang kerja, komputer, dan perlengkapan


JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Pria dan Wanita
2. Pendidikan Min SMA/K Semua jurusan
3. Usia 19 tahun s.d 30 tahun
4. Bisa bekerja sama dengan team
5. Mengetahui tentang pembukuan
6. Tidak Terikat Kontrak dengan Perusahaan Lain
7. Bisa mengopaerasikan Komputer (Min WORD)
