Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of **Staff Delivery Services.**
**Job Summary**:
- This position is responsible to deliver end to end process on data maintenance of employee starting join until termination in HRDirect, to deliver administrative matters relates items on Service Provider Worker, Fixed Term Employee, Local Employee and Foreign Worker (Formalities).
- Support Group/Regional/Local initiatives.
Qualifications
**Job Qualifications**:
- Deliver regular data maintenance and ensure clean, accurate and reliable data maintained in HRDirect per schedule/SLA agreed. Data input should be as accurate as per evidence received such as hardcopy in employee's personal folder or HRCase.
- Handle Notification for New Hire, Probation Period, End of Contract Period, Resignation. Continuously update the content of notification to in line with business process.
- Handle end to end of Exit process.
- Handle invoices relates to SPW.
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of its occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance to internal regulation.
- Maintain and observe internal control standards, implement and observe Internal Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Foster a compliance culture and implement Internal Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk.
