- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacist.
- At least 1 year of experience in QA (Preferably experienced in the natural extract, pharmaceutical, and traditional medicine industries).
- Proficient in analytical, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and auditing.
- Knowledgeable in qualification, validation, and documentation.
- Able to work under targets and pressure.
- Capable of working both in a team and independently.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Understands and implements QMS, FSSC22000, SJPH, and CPOTB.
- Prioritizes honesty, accuracy, speed, and precision in decision-making.
- Possesses good leadership skills.
