**Requirement**:

- Max 31 years old
- Experience in Training & Development for 1 years
- Experience to create Learning Moduls (Hard & Soft Skill)
- Hard working
- High interpersonal skill and able to work in team
- Able to work in Pressure
- Creating training need analysis, programs, curriculum, schedule, and training materials
- Deliver training related to practicing operating work units;
- Explain the function of panels or indicators on each vehicle unit;
- Creating work plans and reports on the results of internal and external training.
