**Job Descriptions**:

- Create and review unit price analysis.
- Create price comparison.
- Understand material specifications.
- Understand reading technical drawings, calculate volume and create unit price analysis.
- Update material price.
- Having a good knowledge of Infrastructure, Landed House and High-rise Building Project.
- Attend aanwijzing meeting and lead clarification meeting with vendor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications/Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
