Store Manager

Job Description:1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store2. To provide supervision assistance where and when necessary in the store3. Responsible for store target achievement4. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Qualifications:1. At least 2 years of work experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector2. Strong in leadership, team management, customer service and relationship management, Microsoft skills, and excellent communication skills3. Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services, and sales techniques4. Able to perform a variety of tasks and direct the work of others5. Preferably Female and willing to be placed at SurabayaAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Store Manager: 2 years (preferred)
