**About the role**
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for our retail store, manage staff, and ensure that customer service and operational standards are met. The Retail Operations Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Ensure store policies and procedures are being followed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Has **excellent knowledge regarding the beauty market in Indonesia.**:
- 5+ years of experience in retail management or operations, **experienced in Beauty Retail.**:
- ** Has handled 15+ retail store.**:
- Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
