JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Campaigns: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and craft data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform strategy development.
- Client Consultation: Act as a key advisor to clients, presenting strategic recommendations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Creative Briefing: Translate strategic insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for the creative and production teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, creatives, and data analysts to ensure the strategy is effectively executed across all channels.
- Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENT

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a strategic planning role, preferably within a digital agency or related industry.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Client-Focused: Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of emerging digital trends and how to leverage them for client success.
- Experience in developing strategies for a diverse range of industries.
