Job Description Business Performance Review And AnalysisProduce Frequent Reports And Presentation Decks Which Provide Total Picture And Well-connected Insights About Business Performance For Different Target Audience To Achieve Different Objectives (from Leadership Team To Internal Staff Or Amway Business Owner (ABO) Leaders).Coordinate With Key Stakeholders Across All Departments To Get Insights And Alignment For The Total Business Performance Review.Support Other Function Leaders To Develop Rationale/narratives Based On Key Business Diagnostics.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in the health and wellness or direct selling industry.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
