Navitas as a Global Education provider will lead the operational delivery of the campus, building on its existing partnerships with both universities.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Student and Academic Services Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative and student support services to the DLI campus across a broad range of academic, student services and administrative functions.
The position acknowledges the interdependence of student and academic related matters, the importance of front counter student facing activities and back-office administration, as well as the need for areas of specialisation.
**THE PERSON WE SEEK MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING**:
- Relevant qualifications and demonstrated work experience OR significant work experience within the education industry or related area, including experience in the Indonesian education system.
- Account Receivable experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading and editing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to students, professional and academic staff.
- Ability to independently resolve routine problems and issues.
- Sense of responsibility and commitment to education.
- Digital literacy (e.g. student information system or database, or customer relationship management systems) and experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
**DESIRABLE**:
- Work experience in a higher education environment.
- Demonstrated conversational fluency in English and Indonesian.
