- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power
- Experience in the design of electrical power distribution systems
- Proficient in the design, modeling, development and construction of Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) system
- Proficient in using AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, and DIgsilent with extensive experience
- Knowledge related to testing and commissioning processes
- Analysis of design reviews shop drawings and technical specifications related to tenders
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English
