Supervise production activities
Develop a quality control system to ensure products meet all requirements
Lead and manage the entire team, responsible for the entire unit, from planning to final product
Maintain daily communication with all relevant department leaders
Analyzing production reports, maintaining, and controlling production records
Prepare an assembly operation report and will reports directly to the production manager
