Supervisor Hr Organization Development

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor / Master Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Other relevant education
- Experience in using HR System tools
- Excellent in using Microsoft office tools, especially Ms. Excel
- Understand about Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Job Analysis, Performance Management, Promotion, Mutation, Demotion, Organization Structure, and Work Load Analysis (WLA)
- Having an experience as Performance Analyst or other relevance position at least 2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to recruitment, assessment, performance management and employee development
- Support HR strategies in analyzing and providing service for change management / organization structure development, workforce analysis, company's competency dictionary, career planning, performance indicators and operating procedures in accordance with the company's vision, mission and strategy
- Managing employee development program for all business units, to create a desired company vision, mission, and culture
