JOB DESCRIPTION

Employee Status : PKWT
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all operational activities comply with company HSE policies and procedures.
- Identify safety and environmental risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and conduct HSE training programs for employees to enhance awareness and compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct internal audits of the Safety Management System (SMKP) to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
- Plan and execute audit schedules, and prepare audit reports detailing findings.
- Identify audit findings, recommend corrective actions, and oversee the implementation of continuous improvement measures.
- Ensure effective implementation of SMKP policies and procedures, and regularly evaluate the safety management system.
- Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including government regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update HSE policies and procedures in line with current developments.
- Oversee investigations into workplace accidents and incidents, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports.
- Identify root causes of accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed HSE and audit reports for senior management, including data analysis, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure that all HSE and SMKP-related documentation is maintained accurately and up-to-date.
JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE and safety management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or audit role.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, safety management systems, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing safety management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead investigations and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Familiarity with safety management software and tools is a plus.
