**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.- Create and publish job ads in various portals.- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.- Track the interview process and work together with line managers to make recruitment decision and drive recruitment efficiency continuously.- In charge of staff on-board/off-board/Probationary/Orientation HR procedures and ensure gracious experience for associates.- Take charge of maintenance of staff information, monthly HR reports and conduct analysis based on the reports.- Assist in manpower planning and budgeting as well as the control.- Support on relocation transaction procedures for internal talent across the region.- Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.**RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS**- Report to Head of HR - K&B Indonesia.- Frequent contact with the line/functional department of Indonesia commercial office and manufacturing departments.- External contact with the headhunters, agencies, labor bureau and government agencies, etc.**Skills/Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline- At least 6 years relevant working experiences in a multi-national company- Strong communication skill, familiar with different cultures across regions- Have a good understanding of Indonesia labor laws and regulations.- Fluent English and good computer skills- Strong teamwork spirit, open-minded, customer oriented**Why Work at Kohler Co.?**Kohler Co.'s mission is to contribute to a higher level of gracious living for those who are touched by our products and services.
