**IT System Analyst**:
Collaborates with Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Developer and users to produce software design.
Provides technical design documentation, includes but not limited to Functional Specification Document (FSD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), Epic, User Story, Security Requirement.
Analyzes software defects and provides solution design to fix the defects.
Provides testing data and its documentation.
**For Cyber Analyst**:
**Monitor Security**: Keep an eye on computer systems and networks to spot any potential security threats or issues.
**Investigate Incidents**: Look into any suspicious activities or breaches to understand what happened and how to fix it.
**Test Systems**: Check computer systems and software for weaknesses that hackers could exploit.
**Respond to Threats**: Act quickly to contain and resolve security incidents to minimize damage.
**Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to better protect our systems.
Fluent in using Jira.
Have experiences in agile project delivery.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia is preferable.
Willing to work outside office hour when needed.
Teamwork player.
**Must have**:
**For System Analyst**:
Familiar with the following banking products will be preferable: CASA, Loan, Deposit Account, Credit Card, Bancassurance
**Preferable have at least 3 years' experience in operates**: REST API, SOAP, Cloudera Hadoop Big Data, Microsoft SQL Server Experience
**For Cyber Analyst Senior**:
Capable of creating good reports and documentation
Background in infrastructure or cyber security
Providing advice and suggestions regarding IT security policies (Infrastructure, Network, Application)
Working experience in implementing, researching, and developing good reporting and documentation.
