System Engineer

Maintain and manage the entire enterprise systems including software, hardware, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, and evaluate software, hardware, and system problems.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, upgrades, configuration changes, backup IT systems and create the documentation.
- Ensure the availability and capacity of the IT system and document it for reporting.
- Ensure the integration process of the system's changes.
- Identify potential problems that will occur.
- Make plans and carry out disaster recovery and prevention strategy operations.
- Complete existing tickets according to the SLA.

**Qualifications**:

- Min. Bachelor Degree in IT
- Min. 1 year experience as System Engineer/Administrator/Application Support
- Have knowledge in Cloud Engineer, VMware, Hyper-V
- Experienced in data center maintenance (server & storage), use of Cloud Services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), CI/CD development, and multi-cloud implementation.
- Experienced in implementing DC-DR Scenario

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp11,000,000 per month
